- I've done "flexible" times before, but it typically means the business wants me to be flexible, and ends up where I'm in a situation where I'm only on for the busiest and most crucial time periods, an overall reduction in hours work, which leads to less pay.

- I feel that "flexible" hours rarely benefit me. It turns into scheduling me at only the peak hours with a reduction in overall time and pay

- See, here's the thing. If I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it with or without a coupon. Conversely if I don't feel in the mood, I'll refrain from said purchase or activity.

- I don't mind paying full retail, especially when it means I don't have to conform to a coupon's set dates, activities, selections, etc.

You smoke cigarettes, you can still function. I've been around potheads that, when high, I wouldn't want them on the roads, much less operating heavy machinery, so in that sense, yes, that's what I believe.

Do you honestly think pot is worse for you than tobacco? There has never still even to this day been proof of even 1 death caused from marijuana..440,000 from tobacco per year.Overall, cigarette smoking accounts for about 30% of cancer deaths. There are over 5000 chemical's in a cigarette, did you know that? some of the same chemicals found in rat poisen are found in cigs, you can't say the same for pot... At least I do my research before I post uneducated conclusions :( my dad died from emphasima from smoking a pack a day for 30 years... Bet that wouldnt have happened from pot.
